Ive been a resident here for about 3 years now and have had the best experiences with the office staff and maintenance they are the absolute best anytime I go into the office Kelley the property manager is always so pleasant and has a big smile on her face and always eager to help me out with any questions or concerns I may have, and maintenance is always there to fix any issues I may have if it’s my ac going out to a light bulb when I call he is there usually within the hour to take care of any issues, I definitely recommen... read more
Don't let the outside of this project fool you. It looks quiet but as soon as it gets dark the drug dealers come out like roaches. Your vehicle is not safe in that parking lot. Management are nice until you sign the lease. They act like they don't know what's going on in this project. If you are decent people do not make the mistake and move in here you will regret it.
Take photos and document everything on move in/out. Exercise the 1 party consent of Louisiana and record all interactions with management and maintenance if you choose to live here. They are scammers.
If you are decent people don't let the outside of this place make you think it's nice and quiet. Once it gets dark the drug dealers and users come out like roaches. The loud music the horns and the thieves are breaking into vehicles. Management is rude and they act like they don't know what's going on in this project. Trust me decent people don't get stuck with that expensive lease. You will regret it!! 😳
