I worked 2 days and quit on my own. I turned in 3 CNA's for Abuse. I was yelled and management acted like it was my fault. I was shocked at the level of abuse from so many. It was to much, I was afraid to keep turning in CNA's so I quit. I do NOT placing yr loved ones with this facility...
RecommendedThe Landing is now under new management Mr. Bill. Even though we are in a crisis with COVID 19, things are better than they have been for quite some time. We are a family here and we try to help each other. Not everyone is suited to this style of living. I have been here for 5 years, with the ups and downs of daily living I still find myself enjoying my independent living. The Sun is shining once again! Minta Bush
In response to Kenya B.'s review: I have lived at the Landing at Behrman Place for over two years. The majority of my time here was under the previous executive director. She was totally unresponsive to any and all complaints. She NEVER told the residents or the family members of changes to policy or procedures. If I could give a negative 5 review, I would. My father has been at this facility for over a year. Previous leadership was satisfactory. However, a new executive director was hired who brought with him an extreme lack of empathy and blatant incompetence in his role. I have contacted corporate leadership in this regard and have been met with the same, if not worse, incompetence and utter disregard for the concerns of the family members of this very special population, especially during these unprecedented times. I can't say I know much about The Verandah itself, but the new Executive Director, Katrina, is a BIG get and how blessed are these sweet folks to have her! She's one of a kind and her energy is contagious!

Without a doubt Summerfield Estates is #1 in all areas of care for Senior Adults.
Quail is a great place to live! We are like a family and we look out for each other! I have enjoyed working there for the past 4 years.
