Steve Hoffart has established the best business in the town of Magnolia if you ask me and my family. He and his staff have been serving my family for many years now and Steve earned our respect and trust even before starting this business while he was a pharmacist at another local pharmacy. His care and service for his customers I believe is the key to his rapid success. I am pretty sure it's just a carry over of his personal character into his business. He has awesome employees too.
Magnolia Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy that is a mainstay in the Magnolia community. The business was and continues to be, based on customer service. The staff is second to none. When Steve is gone there is no dip in service because of pharmacist like Fred, who has worked at Magnolia Pharmacy for years, and the rest of the staff who greet you with a smile and a professional attitude. I will always take my business to Magnolia Pharmacy, because I know my family's best interest are a number one priority.
Always the same group of friendly faces and of course Fred is never too busy to answer questions and discuss options. Not to mention the Guy is a plethora of knowledge!
When you call Magnolia Pharmacy, you get the same few people to talk with every time! They have an awesome procedure to follow up with you on new meds and help you with insurance. Great professional service, often cheaper than the grocery or chain pharmacies, and super nice folks.
