In just 5 months, I’m down 45 lbs with the help of Mr. Emmite! He met with me for quite some time to get my background information and info as to why I wasn’t losing any weight. He then came up with a specific diet plan for me and explained the science (dumbed down for me so I would understand, too 😂) as to why the diet plan would work.
