My parents moved a house in Magnolia Park over 6 months ago yet have not received their mail in their own mailbox which was included with the house. Almost daily, they have to go to the US Post Mail office to receive their and my mail. The US Post Mail services is also not the best in our location, so our mail has gotten lost or cannot be retrieved by any of the staff.
