New patient. Very pleased with my visit. Nurse Leslie was very kind and helpful. Dr. Guillory was patient and listened to my concerns. So glad I switched providers. Wait time (from sign-in to being called) was 3 minutes. Once I was in the room and after nurse interview, only waited 5 minutes for the doctor

I’m new to this town, 7 weeks pregnant, and was interested in interviewing OBs prior to selecting the individual who will provide my care through delivery. My husband is a surgeon at North Oaks, so it seemed natural to consult with someone within that system. I had my second baby with Diane. She listened to me and answered all of my questions. She made me feel empowered with the knowledge she gave me and the knowledge I already had about my own body. She is very relatable and kind. I heard she switched clinics and as soon as I found out my insurance was covered at that clinic I switched. It's hard to find a medical professional who listens and truly cares, she is the gold standard as far as I am concerned.
