If I could give 0 stars I would. The Doctors and providers in this office are very nice. However it does not make up for the fact that the office staff is rude and disrespectful. The billing department makes a practice of calling and being disrespectful to expectant mothers and talking down to them while explaining their global plan. They nickel and dime you to death at every visit and make it very clear their first priority is the money. Patient care is somewhere low on the totem pole.
