I was a employee there, and the residents are the most precious people you will ever meet, however they have the most corrupt administration you'll ever see. When I say sweep things under the rug, that's exactly what I mean. Their committed to excellence, is nothing but a sales pitch and a bunch of bs, but it works for them, they've been lieing and not paying their staff enough for years.
mom there yr. turnover weekly. never knew any cna or nurses constantly leaving..administration not there half the time always in meetings and leave early..neglected medical issues that should have been monitored more but with constant turnover not able to do this on regular basis....very disappointed in place don't know how gets good reviews.
when you call to ask any questions or speak to anyone the young lady refuses to transfer the call to anyone. Or no was available to speak. I don’t know if there was really only the front desk lady or what the issue is.
Tried to place my mother there but receptionist wouldn't allow us to talk to anyone and was amazingly rude about it.
turning on the heat, serving warm food and terminating half the staff, to include all kitchen staff.
Dear Kenny, I just want to thank you for everything! You and your staff gave us such great comfort during such a difficult time in our lives. The nurses and staff were so kind and professional. Daddy and I felt like we were home there. Your staff gave Daddy such great care that it gave me the ability to sleep at night knowing he was receiving 24 hour care. To us your staff felt like family.
