Treated and talked to horribly from magnolia management. When I wrote a Facebook review they WENT THROUGH MY FACEBOOK PAGE! They found the post were I warned people about them and sent me a CEASE AND DESIST from there lawyer threatening legal actions. Sadly this wasn’t the first time. I have my emails with threats of legal actions and to seek attorneys. Be careful yall. Don’t let these people strip things from you!
My experience was overwhelmingly good! They were professional, hard-working, kind, considerate, diligent, competent, and very helpful! They really care about their clients and desire for them to flourish in a house that is right for them.
So me and my cousin rented an apartment from there location in millersville and let me tell you DOOOOO NOT RENTTT (STAY AWAY) it was a ok stay but the customer service is god awful. Had maintenance guys walking in the apartment whenever they liked and customer service said they emailed me and then would send the email after I called them. Also when we moved out they refused to give us our deposit back we have photos we can show you the apartment didn’t have a scratch on it. STAY AWAY FROM MAGNOLIA LANE PROPERTIES. There is a reason this management has 2.2 stars. Where do I even start with this God awful property management? They have been harassing me nonstop since I moved in less than a month ago. First it was because I had a bag of potting mix on my step and next it was because I have some patio furniture in the grass outside of my rental unit.
