I love living here in my apartment. The apartment itself is wonderful beautiful and conveniently located. The staff of the management company are amazing. Any issues I have had have been resolved quickly and efficiently. It’s the kind of place you’re gonna want to stay for a long time.

I reached out about touring an apartment they had listed for a walkthrough. They scheduled it for me to view. I drove 40 minutes to view this apartment and I get there to find out the apartment is already leased. They showed me two others that I wasn’t interested in, when I walked in one it was dirty and not ready to be leased and the other the air wasn’t working and super hot. The disorganization made me very nervous and I wouldn’t rent with them.
Let me start this off by saying, DO NOT rent from this company unless you have no other choice and have a good lawyer to look over the lease. This company is the most rude, money-grubbing, and out-right lying company I have ever had the curse of renting from. Due to Googles limits on characters, I will be bullet pointing most of the issues we had with them from day one. They are as follows: 1. If I could give zero stars, I would. My roommates and I rented a house in Quarryville from Magnolia Lanes Property, and it was, without exaggeration, the worst rental experience of my life. I’m only writing this now that we’re finally free of them, because during our lease, we were threatened with eviction if we dared to speak out or leave honest feedback as tenants.
