I lived with magnolia for 3+ years at 3 different apartments. Only moved around due to roommate situations but the last place we settled in was great, never had any overwhelming issues. Any issues we do have, we put in a maintenance request and they arrive fairly quick, sometime even same day. They gave us notice whenever pest control or somebody touring the apartment was going to be entering. Communication with them has always been very good and responsive.
Treated and talked to horribly from magnolia management. When I wrote a Facebook review they WENT THROUGH MY FACEBOOK PAGE! They found the post were I warned people about them and sent me a CEASE AND DESIST from there lawyer threatening legal actions. Sadly this wasn’t the first time. I have my emails with threats of legal actions and to seek attorneys. Be careful yall. Don’t let these people strip things from you!
