Refused to even check if my insurance was in network
F this place. I had to come here for an MRI because of my insurance.they had to check a couple of times with the MRI doctor and get back to me about this type of MRI. They checked and scheduled. Now I'm here being told we can't do this type of MRI. I lost time, missed a doctor appointment and wasted time. Again F magnolia imaging center.
TERRIBLE wait times. Receptionists are always on their phones
I had a really disappointing experience here. The customer service was not great, as the staff seemed uninterested in helping us. More concerning, a doctor in room 110 had a physical exam on my daughter when she continuously said she did not want to, which made us very uncomfortable. We won't be returning.
I went to Magnolia Imaging Center by Families Together of Orange County. I was very impressed with excellence of the state of the art machines, very up to date. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The appearance of the building is an ordinary building but very clean inside. Overall, I am exceptionally pleased.
