This was the WORST experience ever! One person tells you one thing the other tells you the opposite.... Night of the wedding.... Arrive and the wrong center pieces were on table and the sprinkles were on, which left the grass soggy and gross! Lovely for a wedding gown isn’t it? Someone was supposed to be there to communicate when the line would start walking etc.. no one was to be found. The minister had to figure out the mic system her self! It wasn’t even on. We had my daughter’s wedding here last weekend and this place is AMAZING!! Not only is it beautiful but the staff is so helpful. Their customer service was beyond all expectations and their food was top notch! I would highly recommend this venue for any event where you require elegance and professionalism.
