Poop and parking is atrocious.. shaunaan is a sweetheart Nancy is ok but janelle are whatever her name is is horrible and rude.
If you move to Magnolia Grove apartments here is what you have to look forward to. Dog poop everywhere and no amount of complaints help. Get ready to step in it and track it everywhere because no one picks up after their dogs! Dogs off leash all the time. Pit bulls off leash! Saw it this morning. Also 4 days with no hot water and that happens a lot. When asked to fix things they are fixed half ass and maintance employees are allowed to smoke cigarettes while doing their jobs which stinks and I don't want smokers in my apartm... read more
When I first move out here it was great! Now, NOT SO MUCH..... The price of rent has gone up tremendously, parking is a mess and this new office staff is a joke! I have been in the leasing office 4 times about the same thing and they haven't fixed the issue yet! I WILL not be renewing my lease.
I have lived here for three years now. Nice apartment and great office staff and maintenance staff.
