Confirmed appointment, but upon arrival they claimed the appointment wasn’t confirmed and we would have to reschedule there was nothing they could do as we are both working parents and can’t go when it’s convenient for them hints to why the appointment was made. Be sure to verify with the office that the appointment has been confirmed before showing up.
