I am impressed with the new technology employed in evaluating patients and with the quality of individuals rendering these examinations. Dr Kaelin has an extremely professional practice where I felt secure in the quality of service I was receiving and was very comfortable though out my appointment.
I walked out today and all not go back. Went for a regular cleaning, that my insurance would pay for, and they said they could not do it because I needed a deep cleaning (that we did not know if insurance would cover completely). I had no cavities and was starting to get some type of gum disease.

RecommendedMy experience with lifetime dentistry today was first time visit. Front desk staff were professional and polite. Joy who took care of my evaluation was professional and informative about what she was doing every step of the way. Dr. P also professional and explained her evaluation and suggested things to do for my oral health. Next visit I will start my cleaning.
just called and want to give it another try. i was for years a good customers, till their gotten rude and unprofessional. I received a postcard in my mail, asking what they can do, that I come back. ha ha ha!So the call today ended up me getting mad. I have pain, can't eat and the next available appointment is in March 2023. that how MyDentist care!! thats why I'm not coming back!! waste of time!!
