This place is a dump Been here a month and can’t wait to get out. No parking unless you want to pay $30 a month to reserve each spot. Appliances are trash, only thing that works is the fridge and management refuses to replace broken washer, dryer, dishwasher and garbage disposal. None of them work!!! DO NOT RENT HERE IF LOOKING FOR A PLACE WITH WORKING APLLIANCES!!!! You are better off renting a place that is cheaper with no appliances than paying for this trash
Not great for single women If you are a single woman or single mom this is not the place for you. We've had bikes stolen off the patio (which someone had to jump the railing to get to), 12-year-olds (some weren't even residents) touching each other inappropriately at the swimming pool, and when this was brought up to the management they said "we're watching it", and there is no assigned parking, which means that when I come home after 7pm, I have to park down the block and around the corner and walk in the dark.
