It took under two hours for the exterminator to complete the cockroach treatment after coordinating with building management, which seemed fair given the thoroughness of their inspection and application. The technician also pointed out a gap near the plumbing that could be sealed to prevent future infestations, which was helpful advice.
The mosquito extermination process wrapped up in about an hour, which was appropriate given the size of our yard and the number of areas they treated. Compared to a previous experience with another contractor where issues persisted, this time I noticed a significant reduction in mosquitoes after their visit.
