What a breath of fresh air...service the way it used to be! Mike was great on the phone, put my mind at ease that what I was seeing was not termites and then when he arrived (calling first), he was so friendly and educationally informed about what my problem was. A great company I've been with for decades!
Called 3 times for a technician, within a 24hr period, all 3 times I was told a technician would call back. Never received a return call from anyone. Called a different company, had service same day.
They were nice people to have exterminate the house
