After trying many electric companies in Springfield, I was very frustrated. We decided to try Magnolia Electric and from booking the appointment to the service was amazing! The electricians were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure the job was done to my preference! I am so thankful and look forward to using them for all further electrical. Excellent work, John arrived on time and completed the job flawlessly and efficiently! He is a pleasure to collaborate with. Extremely brief and to-the-point. He helped us relocate and rewire a chandelier, as well as repair a broken underfloor heating control unit. He's on my list of trusted and dependable tradespeople. He is one of those people about whom I can't say enough good things. Extremely professional, on time and knowledgeable in his field. If I could, I'd give him ten stars.
Mack came out and went above and beyond to fix the ceiling fan in my son's bedroom! Not only did he fix the fan but drove to Lowe’s and Home Depot to get me the remote to make my life easier with a toddler. Amazing service, great price, and exceptional customer service from Mack.
