Lived here for eight years. The first five or so were pretty great. The management seemed to change a few times during that period, but they were quick to respond to problems. However when Lighthouse Living took over it went to pot. It took days to get anything fixed, I was left to suffer over a weekend in 100+ degree temp because my AC died and the "manager" (they don't have one on site) goofed and didn't let the repairman into my apartment. When you're renting a place; it's your home. It's important that if there is a problem, the management makes things a priority. Kelly is always attentive and respectful and goes above and beyond. There has been a lapse where they didn't have consistent maintenance and work orders would get behind, but Kelly still worked to stay on it and never forgot about me. She followed up always; very courteous. I would recommend to a small family or single person as there are only 1 and 2 bedrooms here.
This is my first time renting my own apartment, and I was extremely nervous to move in. I moved in a few months ago and I have nothing but nice things to say about my experience so far! Anytime I have had any problems, Kelly G. always responds quick and very politely. If not the same day, the next day my problems have been fixed and taken care of. I love living at Magnolia Crossing!!
I highly recommend Ms Kelly at Magnolia. Ms Kelly has been professional, responsive, and attentive throughout my time doing business with her.
