I’ve really enjoyed my tour at 7272 exchange. The apartments are spacious with nice features, and the community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The pool and fitness center are great, but what really stands out is the staff—Ms. Kay has been especially helpful, friendly, and professional.
Had a very good experience with the ladies in the office. Was looking for a apartment they answered all my questions and walked the property looked very nice.
I been going through a tough time but Ms.Kay is one of the best people in that office. She help me out with resources, payment plans and just talk to me when I come in there ready to give up. She always tell me that WE can work it out. I’ve never had any manager where I lived at actually help me through rough times to when I am able to keep my apartment. I’m thankful for having people in the office I can depend on but also hold me accountable.
The leasing process was straightforward, and the staff were incredibly helpful in answering all my questions. I felt well-informed and supported every step of the way. The management team has been incredibly friendly and responsive to my questions. They’ve made the process feel seamless, and STRESS FREE! Very Grateful and excited to move in !
the Apt is nice I just don't like the way they do the water bill to many different changes the Apt is nice and the management is amazing I like it here
