We moved here in June 2024. At first, we loved it but that changed quickly. The in house Wi-Fi never worked, and we had to pay for our own service on top of the Wi-Fi fee included in rent. There were several times when the “trash fairies” didn’t show up at all even though we paid monthly for that as well. For the amount of rent they charge, the experience just isn’t worth it. RUN AWAY FAST. Awful Awful place to live. They dont do anything about anything that happens here. Since new management, they do inspections about every 3 months now with 2 days notice. They say its for the fire marshal, or bank lender, or routine, but it's not. In the past year we have gotten 4 notifications of "randon inspections of 5 units". One of them everyone had to just allow someone to come in over a 3 day period at any time, so good luck if you have a pet. They just let themselves in, didn't even knock. Wr were not h... read more

I recently toured Magnolia Chase Apartments and was genuinely impressed. The leasing team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. They took the time to answer all my questions and gave a thorough tour of the property. The community itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere and great amenities.
