I wanted to love this place. The first impressions were great, from staff to the apartments themselves; but after the first month or so it's all downhill. There is no reasonable response time for most issues you might have. We went about 3 months without a dishwasher despite calling regularly. When its time to renew, get ready to pay $1,000 above your current monthly rent only to become more realistic when everyone starts moving out. The office staff is hit or miss. Update: They’ve been deleting reviews so that says a lot. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is a total joke. The entire staff is extremely rude and couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs. Don’t even listen to the Ashley manager who claims she wants to help, it’s all a lie. The apartments are way too outdated to be charging what they do. Not to mention they tag on ridiculous fees every month with no explanation. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! After living there for 2 years I decided to move out due to a roach problem and rising costs. After cleaning for 3 days and the staff missing 2 scheduled inspections I moved out without the inspection being conducted on their end. I left my future address with office so I could receive my deposit. A month later I got a notice that the apartment complex sent a $75 bill straight to collections. No bill sent to my email or residence. Just sent straight to a collection agency with no address. They screwed up ... read more
Terrible apartments from top to bottom.
We moved here in June 2024. At first, we loved it but that changed quickly. The in house Wi-Fi never worked, and we had to pay for our own service on top of the Wi-Fi fee included in rent. There were several times when the “trash fairies” didn’t show up at all even though we paid monthly for that as well. For the amount of rent they charge, the experience just isn’t worth it.
