We just started our rental here but I felt compelled to give a shout out to Ramone in the office. I was not being very patient with him over a simple paperwork issue and he was so calm cool and collected. Ramone knows customer service and that is very clear to me. Absolutely, hands down, a great facility. Secure, reasonably priced, easy access and hand trucks provided. But the real star of the show is Ramon. The first day I rented a unit there he was incredibly helpful. And now 2.5 years later, I went back because I’m moving and downsizing and need to put more in storage. Clean Safe !! Place for storage options. The folks at the front were Always helpful.
Nice knowledgeable staff. Good rates. easy access. Good location for Seattle proper right there in Interbay. Really good for Ballard and magnolia Queen Anne lower Queen Anne Belltown South Lake union Fremont people.
