Nick was phenomenal to work with. He was very pleasant and clear with communication with the walk around. He also was super helpful trying to figure out and make sure I was being charged correctly. We just started our rental here but I felt compelled to give a shout out to Ramone in the office. I was not being very patient with him over a simple paperwork issue and he was so calm cool and collected. Ramone knows customer service and that is very clear to me. I'm embarrassed to have to admit I was less than my best self, but Ramone really out my mind at ease and had me calm in minutes just with his professionalism and help. Absolutely, hands down, a great facility. Secure, reasonably priced, easy access and hand trucks provided. But the real star of the show is Ramon. The first day I rented a unit there he was incredibly helpful. And now 2.5 years later, I went back because I’m moving and downsizing and need to put more in storage. I was stressing about the logistics of it all and anticipating having to play Tetris with all my crap.
