After about 8 months of living here, I would not recommend it. Walls are incredibly thin -- you will hear everything your neighbors do. I know way more about my neighbor than I should, and I'm sure she's heard her share of my phone conversations as well. Ceilings are similarly thin as well. I expect to hear footsteps, but I don't expect to hear upstair's music crystal clear. Management does a poor job at communicating. Building is not safe and doors are always propped open and/or broken so random people are always in and out of the building. Horrible leasing conditions. Would not recommend anyone at TCU signing a lease.
I lived here for 2 years and I loved it. This place has a quiet pool, great floorplans, fully updated apartment amenities, and a superb leasing staff. The leasing staff is super responsive and friendly. A lot of places overcharge for cleaning when you move out, but I think Magnolia quoted a fair price for move-out cleaning. I took a star away because during my time there, the hallways were a mess. The Magnolia apartment complex is quite nice with a beautiful pool area and a wonderful walking path for dogs and humans but the thing that sold us on renting at Magnolia was Diana! She was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive, patient, attentive, and very honest and humble. Diana explained everything to us and took us on 2 tours of the facility as well as showed us multiple apartments so that we could see the sizes as well as the designs to determine which apartment would fit our budget as well as give us the living... read more
Carolyn has made the application process so easy! I am not from the area, and was very concerned about not being able to see the property in person. Carolyn took the time to FaceTime me and show me the property. She was very detailed in explaining the application process and was open to any questions!
