DO NOT LIVE HERE Reviews aren’t everything and I’m not sure anyone will read this but leaving negative reviews seems to be the only way to get Magnolia to respond to issues. My partner and I both left reviews for Magnolia at Lakewood and we seem to have gotten faster responses after submitting them. Another thing to note, they have employees leaving 5 star reviews for their properties. I would strongly advise any potential renters to avoid Magnolia properties. Not the same I feel like this property is not the same as when I first moved in! Too much dog poop! Rent is so high here and it’s lacking in the luxury part! Please hire someone to clean dog poop! It’s like a swamp trying to throw dog poop away! Maybe stepping stones to the pet waste bin? Which would be nice too if those could get replaced so I don’t have to take a million bags out! GREAT PROPERTY AND STAFF!!! Its a brand new community walking distance to White Rock Lake. The property is small and boutique, which is what I love! The apartments are beautiful inside and many cool technology features. The staff is friendly and inviting, they really care!
