I used to love living here when it was managed by magnolia. Lived here for 2 years and can't wait to get out now that they've gotten new property management (Fowler). Our grass is high, grounds not kept up, management unprofessional. The icing on the cake was that we came home to an EVICTION NOTICE THAT WAS FOR ANOTHER APARTMENT. Completely unprofessional. Lived here for a year and just recently renewed my lease! I love it here and the staff is the cherry on top. Staff is very friendly, interactive, more specifically DeLacy and maintenance staff has always been so attentive to any issue and concern that I've had throughout my stay here.
I'm a long-time resident of Magnolia at Bishop Arts. I love this place. I stay because the floor plan, square footage and quality finishes are excellent value. The location is very convenient to downtown and Bishop Arts shopping and restaurants. The current management team is efficient, courteous and very responsive. The maintenance staff keep the building in great condition and respond to service requests immediately. Plus, you couldn't have better neighbors than those in this community.

My apartment search almost 2 yeara ago led me to another Magnolia property. While sharing with the leasing agent what I was looking for, she let me know of a unit that had become available at the Bishop Arts property. Growing up in Oak Cliff, the bus to school would drive on Bishop and I remember falling in love with the neighborhood. A quick tour of the unique floorplan and I was sold!
