I guess you can call this my exit review regarding Magnolia Plaza, Mgmt Works and, the property manager Lupe. I am a disabled veteran and was in not so good living conditions. In fact, I was homeless up until April of 2020. Through assistance from the VA, I was able to get an apartment at Magnolia Plaza. So much has changed in my life and I am now moving out into my own home. But, I want to post some words about this place and Lupe. I have been living at Magnolia Court for going on 4 years. This community is amazing. Great neighbors, location is perfect. Moments from everything including shopping, metro and I5 and 91 are only 3 minutes away. Parking is off street and we get 2 spaces included. Big apartments and the rent is at or below neighboring properties. Maintenance techs respond quickly and there is an onsite manager.
