Received my certificate but never took my certification test. Called her numerous of times then when I did finally was able to get in touch with her only because I sent her text about how I felt. I don’t want to take no pre test it is not required I really want to be reimbursed at least $500 for not taking my test.
I HIGHLY wouldn’t recommend this phlebotomy training program !! She’s somewhat professional when you’re acquiring about the program , but as soon as the program starts there is lots of delays . She would delay the time class starts and sometimes even cancel class 2 hours before class started with no explanation! When the program ended she became very unprofessional, it went as far as her ignoring me for DAYS when I was acquiring about my testing and she kept pushing the test back.
