Title has not been transferred yet after 45 days which means the temporary license plate has expired, and I am still unable to register the vehicle. I've tried to get in touch with them over the past two weeks to find out why there are delays but have been given no answers. My only option now is to get a rental while they figure things out and I still haven't heard from them. This is the first time this has ever happened to me - and the level of unprofessionalism and unresponsiveness post-sale is astonishing.

Communicated with salesman over the phone and the car looked great on website with clean Carfax. They do a wonderful job of spraying armor-all over the engine, tires, etc, and hiding details from past accidents. MAKE SURE YOU KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR BONDO AND MISALIGNED STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS SUCH AS FENDERS, HEADLIGHTS, ETC. #steerclearofdealership Manager too busy to speak with customer with his head down acting like he was working. He knew he was caught in unethical practices. Very sad!
