I was trying to purchase a 2015 Volvo s80 Premier plus from Magnetism Motors, working with Tyrese sales person contacted them about purchasing the car without financial assistance, I noticed on the price listing it changed to a higher price after the conversation he added fees and taxes that needed to be paid in the state I resided totally $1532.72 plus the price of car, he said he will call me the next morning to purchase the vehicle, and get it delivered, NO he texted that the car was sold last night wow so quickly car buy... read more
Communicated with salesman over the phone and the car looked great on website with clean Carfax. They do a wonderful job of spraying armor-all over the engine, tires, etc, and hiding details from past accidents. MAKE SURE YOU KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR BONDO AND MISALIGNED STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS SUCH AS FENDERS, HEADLIGHTS, ETC. #steerclearofdealership Manager too busy to speak with customer with his head down acting like he was working. He knew he was caught in unethical practices. Very sad!
