I would have appreciated hearing what was going to happen Before it happened so I would be apprised and ready . .For example, I did not know if you were going to give me a needle or antibiotics as usual and wondered what the vaseline was for. . I was made to feel like a terrible patient for not behaving "like a maniquin" but if I was told to behave that way, I would have complied.
