I had some great experiences with the Service Dept back in Jan 2023 and earlier. In the Fall of 2023 or so it has been horrible. I have emailed, called and left messages for weeks for the Service Dept (both Bobby & Linda) about my 2009 Mazda 6 and never received a response back. I got a hold of their service Manager Katie to explain my issue with my airbags light going on. I was hoping to talk to an actual tech which they would not let me do.
