Had an issue with UPS and Magma Fitness really went above and beyond to help me resolve it and get my product. Arguably the best customer service I have ever experienced which is even more surprising to me given how rare this is with stores that sell fitness equipment in my experience! I would go out of my way to buy from them again even if the prices weren't already the best around (which they are) and I don't say that lightly. Very happy to have found this place, definitely where I'm getting all my equipment from now on!

Quality product + fair pricing!!
5 stars, great, honest and very quick customer support. I ordered a Smith Machine and one part was broken, they shipped it on the next day. Later I had a request for some additional parts and again it shipped on the next day. Tracking of shipment is real time. Their prices are great, too. Highly recommended!
