Excellent shopping experience! I ordered weight plates online at 10pm. (For me, it didn't default to shipping protection when I selected pickup). Next day at 10am I received email that it's ready for pickup during Mon-Fri 1 PM - 6 PM. I went there around 4pm that day. Very easy pickup. The weights look as advertised on MAGMA'S website. This is so much better than Northern Fitness, which takes so long even for pickup. I highly recommend MAGMA for your gym supplies!
I recently purchased the YORK® 7240 Multi Gym from MAGMA and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The MAGMA team was extremely helpful and accommodating during pickup, and they truly went above and beyond when I couldn’t figure out a part that wasn’t mentioned in the instruction manual. They contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and got back to me right away. The machine itself is fantastic—very well built and a perfect fit for my apartment/loft. Thank you, MAGMA! I will definitely be shopping here again!
One of the best online shopping experiences! MAGMA Fitness were quick to respond to each of my questions regarding the all-in-one smith machine (Altas Strength AL-3058G). I purchased it on Friday, they called on Monday and it was delivered on Tuesday! I couldn’t ask for better service. I was also impressed with the packaging and the quality of the smith machine. Beware online ordering. It defaults to include "shipping protection" which is obviously useless if you are picking it up yourself at one of their warehouses.
