We ordered the PREMIUM Sweetest Sunrise Bouquet through the Tribute Store linked on the website for Dooley Funeral Home. The bouquet that was delivered for our sister-in-law’s wake was an embarrassment! It was tiny and half the flowers were wilted and dying. Pictured below is what was advertised and additional photos of what was delivered. A complaint sent directly to Magly Flower Shop remains unanswered. I will note the Tribute Store offered a partial, but unacceptable, refund. Avoid ordering from Magly’s.
I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for your help with a last-minute birthday arrangement for my mother. After speaking with your team, I placed an order that initially showed a Monday delivery date. However, I needed the flowers by Saturday, and your staff went above and beyond to make that possible. My mother absolutely loved the arrangement. Thank you again for your excellent service and for helping make her birthday special
I was just passing through the area when I saw this lovely little shop full of roses. The flower arrangements looked fresh and beautiful and they smelled wonderful. I would have bought them for Mother's Day if I lived anywhere near here.
