We hosted a big family dinner downstairs at the Grotto. It was wonderful. Great food, great service, great location.
YUMM! Great decor, amazing food, great service and BEYOND BELIEF DESSERTS! Loved everything about Magleby's! Bob even got to play their piano for a few minutes! see you all soon!
The food was great but our server was terrible. Mindy the server was extremely rude and abrasive, she literally yelled at my mom about her wanting a slice of birthday cake and told her they don't sell slices that we would have to buy the whole cake so Mindy asked my mom, "do you want a slice or the whole cake or not?!!!!" Good food/ neglectful service. We were one of four groups in the place. Plenty of staff but they just seemed to see no reason to check upon any of the diners. No management keeping an eye on the dining floor overall. Even the kitchen worker who dropped off our check just rushed past saying 'I'll be your cashier' and dropped it on the table. I had to stop her and call her back to pay. She just passed it off to someone else. About ten minutes later my change was dropped off. No other tables seemed to fare any better.
