The worst place ever , I booked for root touch up and wanted to put me with a student and I said No , and I called again to day they put a not that I said I wasn’t happy with a girl that I had a root touch up before that is a lie and told me to go some where els so so rude ! Was going to book online but it said they don’t do online appointments so decided to walk- in and wait. Used to go here for years because of the convenience of walking-in. Was greeted by someone who asked how much of a trim I wanted because she only had 10 minutes till her break and they were booked up with appointments till the afternoon. She was very off-putting.
