Had a great experience here! The new manager Ange listened to what I wanted and gave advice and options, and then gave me a great new haircut I really enjoy. Would recommend!

I've been to this location 3 times and twice I've had an apprentice cut my hair without disclosing they are an apprentice. Both times I've had to go to the mall location for a fix because it was so uneven. This last time the staff at the mall couldn't believe how many mistakes were made. The apprentice who cut my hair was very kind, however, she was very inexperienced. I understand people need to learn the process, however, they should not be working on paying clients, especially not disclosing they are inexperienced. This l... read more
