I took my truck to Magics to get some front end work done and I had a great experience. The staff kept me informed at every stage of the repair as to what was going on. They had me approve the work before they turned the first wrench. I will definitely be taking my card and trucks both there to get repaired.
Called for a simple battery boost. He was here within 5 minutes. " no charge" he said. Then we realized little bit more complicated than a boost. He takes it upon himself to go to the auto store and come back and make my repair, still telling me no charge. I have found my new mechanic, who is also a wonderful human being. Thank you, Josh
Driving a company vehicle when the driver door wouldn’t close after pumping fuel. Dealership close by wanted days before they could even look at this. Found magic auto and they immediately got it in, secured the needed parts, and got me back on the road. Quick, efficient and professional. Highly recommend. Will bring my personal vehicles here based off this experience.
