I just want to share my upmost horrible experience at this location- for one I moved from Arizona to Cali 3 1/2 years ago and this was the first pediatric location I found for my son. Since I began going here at the beginning it was a nice experience until my first year came around and my appointments with this location were such a nightmare either my appointments were getting cancelled or they were bombarding me with phone calls about my appointments not being scheduled or what not!. Bad experience taking my daughter who is 6. She is traumatized now because of this place. I don’t recommend taking kids here, I’m not bringing mine back. And I have 2 younger ones.
Great customer service, they were very kind and very polite
