My parents are snowbirds. They asked me to contact Magic Valley to have their power turned back on prior to their arrival as they were driving 4 days to get to their place. I have been on hold for 6 hours and now the on hold music has stopped! The timer us still counting so I'm hoping it wasn't disconnected but this is a very unreasonable wait time. If I could give negative stars I would. Extremely poor customer service as it is non existent.
Incompetent. Lost power at 6pm 15Feb21. Have filed outage reports on their website online numerous times and we find out on 18Feb21 that our neighborhood of approx 15 houses in not on their list of outages.. Multiple households reported the outage multiple times. MVEC is nonresponsive.
These outrage responds times are unexceptable. . Mvec really sucks in responding to outages , their app is also inaccurate just like their employees who have no clue when they will restore our power. Everyone in my neighborhood has electricity except for 1 lateral on my neighborhood. Something that can be fixed within minutes rather than days. No help. Mvec management needs to be replaced. The way things are being handled by your team's is unexceptable and really sucks !!!!
