I had Magic Touch for 2 years. Everyone they sent was excellent. Our family is forever grateful. We couldn't have taken care of my Dad at home if it wasn't for them.
Magic Touch Homecare was an extremely critical part of the home hospice team that cared for our father in his final days. The manager and two caregivers were all very professional, empathetic and caring in working with the family. The needs of our father, and ourselves, were carefully responded to with great efficiency. My mom suffered a bad fall 8 months ago and it has been a very slow road to recovery. We found Magic Touch through a close family friend and I am very glad we did. Sally and her team have gone above and beyond in taking care of my mom. They made a very overwhelming time in our lives a lot easier. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.
The caregivers have been very professional and excellent. Thank you for taking such good care of my grandmother.
This agency was terrible. One of their employees entered my home and then wrote in one of my journals. She then quit after several days. They then provided two other caregivers that quit - one because I asked her to use eco-friendly cleaning products and the other because she didn't have transportation. They should have refunded the money for those caregivers that provided poor service but didn't even bother to respond.
