I took my kids here for the first time and they absolutely loved it. Even being cool middle school and high school age, they absolutely loved all of the characters. Harley Quinn was our waitress and was great with interacting with the kids, Zorro stopped by and hung out with us at our table, and the rest of the staff was hilarious and entertaining. The atmosphere is awesome! The servers were great and entertaining! I expected the food to be better based on the prices, but it was below average. My chicken Alfredo had no flavor and my husband said he's had better steak at TGI Fridays. We enjoyed ourselves, but the food can use some work. It should be called The Magic Entertainment Machine instead of The Magic Time Machine.....you weren't really traveling back in time with waitstaff dressed like Miranda Sings or Finn from Adventure Time. I think the food was good our waiter Ace was excellent... the restrooms could use a major remodel the floors could be replaced in the whole restaurant the beef&veggie soup could have had some veggies in it. But it was a good family place to go to...

They could probably book a little better. I placed a reservation a week in advance, showed up 10 minutes before my reservation, and they tried to sit us at 3 separate tables... Then tried to squeeze us at a table for 12... There were 16 of us. Then moved us to another table that fit us all. Probably won't be back.

Loved it we had Draco Malfoy as or waiter and he really got into character �
The service was great and the food was awesome. We had Velma from Scooby Doo as our waitress and she did a awesome job. She really interacted with my daughter. The other characters where great also even though they where busy they stopped and took a photo with her.

Our first ever visit! Everyone was warmly welcoming! We were quickly seated. Food was hot and enjoyed the salad bar. Thank you Lady Gaga for serving us tonight! My husband and I had a blast at the restaurant! You are definitely an artist!

Valentine's dinner with my wife n kids. This was our first visit and we loved it n my kids loved it too! Food was great! Place was nice n neat clean...server was funny as heck! His character was King Julien from Madagascar n nailed it! Def will return for kids bday party!
