Unfortunately the food was not good. The meats were very dry and some of the fruit was spoiled. � the atmosphere however was amazing and the kids enjoyed all the different characters. We had Superman as our waiter and he was amazing!

What a great family fun evening! Food was pretty good! And our server Harley Quinn was awesome! Was wondering what all the hype was about on this place and I can say that we definitely go again if we make it back up to San Antonio again!

We had a reservation for a party of 25 at 8pm to celebrate a birthday. Waited at the bar for a drink for over 25 minute, gave up, and walked away. As I walked away quietly, the bartender yelled at me. Yes...yelled at me, and I don’t mean in character. I was humiliated and embarrassed. If I were not hosting a group of 25, I would have left. After a half hour wait, we were all seated, but not as a group. They had ONE serve for our group of 25 and she had an additional table of 12. Who does that to a server? Awesome service, just wish they had more to choose from on the menu, BUT everyone was very pleased with their food. Quick service as well!!

I loved the atmosphere of this place. Honestly been looking forward to eating here since I was a kid. We ate here for dinner a couple hours ago. I had the catfish. Now I have bad food poisoning. There goes the rest of our vacation. Really sad this had to happen. Won’t be returning.

Hadn’t been to Magic Time Machine since the 90s... the restaurant hasn’t changed much, I don’t remember the bar though & I’m sure the characters have changed to keep up with the times. I’m not sure what character our server was... she reminded me of the Genie from I Dream of Genie!Regardless, the food was awesome, the atmosphere was fun & goofy, & the servers go above & beyond to make the experience a truly memorable one especially for the little ones!
