RecommendedVERY CLEAN AND VERY NICE STAFF. But if you go on Monday or Tuesday they block off most washers and dryers for cleaning crew from the beach. Makes me feel I dont matter bc I dont have the amount of laundry. Most of the tables are occupied by cleaning crew from beach.
Unprofessional. Had a good experience in the past but lately things have declined significantly.
They scam you out of money. Swiped a card on a .25 cent dryer and was charged $10. No one answers the phone and I’ve called several times. Seems that a lot of other people are having the same issue according to their reviews on google too.
I had some issues with the car wash and had some trouble getting in touch with someone to correct the problem. After a lot of leg work I was able to contact the owners and they immediately took action to make me a satisfied customer and correct the issue. If you have problems, go through the attendant at the laundry side, to get a solution.
in the last week I used to goto this car wash reguraly until they closed soft touch wash...I decided to take wife's car this morning.. the brushes NEVER CAME ON!!!!...I pulled back around and attendant says he saw them turning..I'm sorry but he is a liar..I took pics of car soon as I got home.. doesn't even look like I went to a car wash.. bad thing is.. attendant thought it was funny and could have cared less.. that's ok that will be the last ten they see from me...
Need to post hours on advertisements and FB for laundry tho
Milton the manager up there will take care of you and your car whatever you may need the crew is awesome if something needs to be fixed they will fix it they take very good care of your vehicle they have a great program to earn points and the staff is polite an awesome I would recommend this to anybody
Very clean, nice women working there when I went in. She was very helpful. Huge washers and dryers to get laundry done quick!!
