Honest, professional doc with great staff Looking for the phone number to call, I was surprised to find these bad reviews and signed up on here just to write this review! I can't understand the negative reviews. Dr. Doleac and his staff have been great and professional every time I have dealt with them. I find this doctor to be a straight shooter - a true medical provider, not a salesman. That kind of integrity is hard to find in this business climate. Don't let the bad reviews keep you from a consult.
Terrible Experience This is the worst experience I have ever had. The doctor is rude and very impatient to explain what I need to know whenever I have question about my teeth and treatment. I won't recommend any of my friends to this orthodontist for the experience really sucks!!
good people. good braces. I just wanted to say. Dr. Doleac is a very good orthodonist and his ortodontist assistants are super nice! Dr. Doleac's office has gone out of their way to help me with my payment arrangements! (and that means a lot to me) I work in a medical office and I know they don't have to be so nice about it. I was actually recommended to them by someone else who loves their braces. So don't believe what you read. See it for yourself. Surprised by bad reviews...go in and see for yourself...he was great! Wow~I was surprised to read such horrible reviews. I was online looking for the number to recommend Dr. Doleac and saw these reviews. Very opposite of what we experienced. Dr. Doleac spent a long time with us in our first consult and was very thorough when explaining the plan of action for us. Not only was he professional, he made it seem like we were the only patients in his office at the time. I would recommend him to anyone!
Not the best I found Dr. Doleac to be a little abrupt and not easy to get along with. He treats mostly younger patients and yet seems to be annoyed by kids. I wouldn't recommend him for your child.
Take your money somewhere else such a lack of professionalism. making an appointment is at the time near when the doctor asks to see you is impossible. then once you get an appointment, expect waits an hour long or more. treatments are delayed and time and money are wasted. definitely NOT the best.
