I visited my friend at Magic Sands one Friday night June last year and parked my car at the parking lot next to friend house. Later that night, my friend told me that parking lot has a restriction sign of no parking after midnight and suggested moving my car to another parking lot without restriction sign. I left friend house couple minutes after midnight and found out my car was towed even at the parking lot without restriction sign. Get new management! 🤬 Abraham never response to resident complaints and concerns. The office personal hate the residents and act as though they are too good to talk to residents. Maintenance of the palm trees has stopped because management is pocketing our rent. The trees were trimmed twice a year until last year. Have you noticed Abraham drives a brand new truck?
