I noticed a good sized wasp nest forming on the eave of my home and checked around for quotes. Magic Pest and Lawn was the cheapest and it even came with a complimentary spray around the perimeter of my home. Other companies wanted to charge almost twice as much being that I live in a 2 story home. Neal with Magic Pest and Lawn responded to me very quickly and was very professional. Without asking, he even provided me with a link to a wasp killer insecticide that would have been less than $20 had I decided to take care of the wasp issue myself which I really appreciated. Luis was the name of the technician that came out to take care of the wasp issue and he was so nice and professional too. Their service was amazing and I definitely recommend them if you're looking for a customer service oriented company to take care of your pest problem at a reasonable price.

These are one of the few guys that don't require you to be on a contract. It's about $80 to low $100 depending on your house size. They don't try to force a schedule on you, especially if you're the kind of customer who tends not to get pests as often, but just want to do it whenever you feel like you need them. It's all calls and no sign ups so you can feel rest assured if you don't want them to get too much info from you. Steve did my house for the first time, he was pretty down to earth and was kind enough to take off his shoes in my house (something I pay attention to with workers who needs to enter the house).
