Words cannot describe how awesome Tiffany and staff are here! I called in a last minute personalized napkin order and they went above and beyond to make it happen AND followed up with phone calls letting me know the status of my order!!! Excellent customer service....I will definitely be using them many many times in the future!!

Alison at The Magic Pen is AMAZING. She is incredible to work with, so personal, and flexible. We ordered our wedding invitation suite from here, and really created something similar but less expensive than a very expensive option I saw in a book. I even had a major panic when I realized we had been sealing my self addressed RSVP cards and Alison communicated with my quickly to get the problem solved!
