I had a disappointing pedicure here. Nail tech was so rough they left abrasions on my feet, my nails are rough and uneven, plus there was no base or top coat. This was not an inexpensive pedicure. The tech was polite, and I wish I was happy with my results.
Hands down the WORST mani pedi of my life. It was so painful. I pulled away and said ouch every 30 seconds, and she continued to have the same issue on every nail. I asked her to clip my toenails and she did not clip them like I asked, multiple times. When she went to put the paraffin mask on my feet, it was so hot it was burning and I kept saying "ow ow ow ow" and she just laughed and said "it's okay" and proceeded to put the other mask on. Kevin gave me the perfect manicure! I came in, hesitant to do dip because the other place I used made them too thick, and horribly mishaped. Kevin noticed right away and assured me he would give me what I wanted. He did everything I wish all salons would do - first, the dip was very professional and not thick; he made sure to clean out any product that got in the underside of my nail (very few salons I have used do this); and he made sure to clean my cuticles (this step is often skipped).
