By far the worst experience ever. I went in with a gift certificate given to me for mothers day. Pedicure and acrylic overlay on nail tips I applied myself..because I like extreme curve. I asked the owner. .can you do stiletto nails. ..showed him a pic. He says yes she can. .pointing to the lady doing my feet...you're sure, I ask. Oh yes I can do it. I have been been going to Andy and the crew at magic nails for over 3 years and received great service. they do great work, never had a nail lift. the lady who does eye brows is a amazing. thank you magic nails

Andy is super funny and great to talk to and laugh with. The salon is usually very busy, but if you come on a Sunday evening, it's a great time. He does a fantastic French gel manicure. All of the staff are very friendly, this is my go to!
The owner needs a lesson in customer service, probably from some of his employees. I've never been treated this bad from anywhere else before. He literally threw my shoe on the ground and yelled at me cause my nail got smudged. His fault because he didn't give me sandals to wear out and told me to move so other people could use the foot dryer. Did I mention he pulled used cotton from the trash can to clean off my foot? I waited too long to be waited on and the pedicure was half done. Nail polish wasn't dry and my socks ruined it. Worse experience ever. Very cold and customer service poor. Expensive.
I went in for my appointment and the guy that did my nails was Andy. He was making fun of the college students becoming nail techs and he was very rude he hung up on me three times and he was pissed at me the whole time he was mad at me when he started and he cut me twice. He was filing down my nails on the side and it was hurting really bad when he got done I looked at my pinky and I was bleeding and I told him he looked at me rolled his eyes and said everyone bleeds getting their nails done.
