Very clean salon and great service. I have my nails done by Steven. It looks amazing. Highly recommended!
Im giving 2 stars as I have had ok technicians in the past. Highly variable! Guy today lovely but totally untrained. I tried ti nicely give feedback about him needing training and the manager aggressive. Said he had 10 yrs experience but had just joined them no way he was totally clueless. I left the pedi early. I will not go back.
They do not respect appointment times. Took a walk in client knowing I had an appointment coming up and when I showed up for my appointment time, they had him starting on them so they were unable to get me in at the time I booked. She told me I had to come back later or asked if I can reschedule to a different day. No apology was provided, she said he was busy. Ken and Steven do an absolutely amazing job their full sets last 5-6 weeks with no chipping they are always so nice and welcome at this location I love coming here
I have been to this salon several times, and I have had wonderful service with everyone I have seen. It's my go to spot in Erie for pedicures, as well as gel and dip manicures.
