First of all I find it a shame that a business is rated because they reserve parking places. All businesses do this. I decided to try them out in spite of the reviews. They were very accommodating and professional. The polish was done better than any other salon I’ve been too. And their English is quite good! I’ve found my nail salon. Thank you.
My friend went to a different place near by this nail salon, and they apparently have customer only parking(though it was not visibly marked) And she was forced to park there because there was construction everywhere else, and they proceeded to try and get her car towed, and threatened to call the police on her.
Magic nails? What a magical experience being threatened with the cops as well as getting your car towed because you didn’t know the parking spot was reserved since it was improperly marked, and the sign was on the ground.
This place is horrible. Absolutely terrible. The worst ever. DO NOT COME HERE. Guess what they did? They tried tried to call the police on a friend because apparently there are customer parking only signs on the ground which were written horribly and faded so who would even know to park there. There was construction everywhere and nowhere else to park and they threatened called the police on her.
My friend had a really upsetting experience here. She parked in one of their spots during a time when the parking lot was under construction and things were unclear. The only sign marking the space was tiny and barely legible, definitely not something you’d notice right away. Instead of handling it with any kind of professionalism, the staff came out and immediately threatened to call the police and tow her car. No questions, no conversation just straight to aggression.
